Prasības:
3-5 years work experience in financial management, experience working in a multi-national organization is preferred.University degree in finance or economic. Excellent skills in written and spoken English, Latvian and Russian. Lithuanian and Estonian languages will be considered as an advantage.Positive attitude, analytical thinking, excellent oral and written communications skills, hard working person, an ability to problem solving, work independently, multi-tasking, on-time delivery of results. Advanced proficiency with computer spreadsheet and database software in Windows environment - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), iScala (would be advantage).
Pienākumi:
Sales controlling and commercial coordination of business, including internal control.Financial and management accounting and control. Analysis and control of financial figures.Management of internal auditing processes (internal controls of business).Financial analyze and planning in long- mid- and short-term for all business divisions and company as a whole. Intercompany financial reporting (operative, monthly and yearly for regional as well as central management).Implement internal control procedures in accordance with the requirements of the group.
