Our client is one of the biggest and the fastest growing container service operators in the world. To strengthen its IT Services Department our client is looking for a creative, energetic and a hard-working individual to fill the position of:
Prasības:
Requires at least 3 years of professional experience in Windows XP/2000 operating systems and software, with 2-3 years in an industry firm; Ability to plan and execute as team member;Readiness to learn and adapt to the fast changing business environment; Strong communication and documenting skills;Good English language skills (read, write, speak); Readiness for travel.Working experience within the shipping or logistic industry;Experience in business applications development; Oracle, SQL or EDI knowledge is an advantage.
Pienākumi:
Provide business application support and identify opportunities for application improvement;Facilitate, develop and implement application changes according to business needs and Company standards;Train and coach business partners and application users on the system usage;Translate business requirements into IT technical specifications;Act as 1st level support (Helpdesk).
