1. Trendsetters pledge to deliver a professional level of service to employers by:
- Assigning one person to manage your account who will have a thorough understanding of your business and recruitment needs;
- Providing a consistent high level of service in the management of your account, which will include regular progress reports.
2. Trendsetters pledges to conduct a 'health check' meeting at least 2 times a year to assess service levels on your account.
3. Trendsetters also pledge to provide a quick response to inquiries within 2 working days.
4. Trendsetters pledge that any candidates recommended for interview have been through a thorough screening and selection process.
5. Trendsetters pledge that all candidates will be fully prepared when going forward for consideration by a client company - they will be given accurate information about the company and the position.
6. Any candidate placed by Trendsetters will not be subsequently 'head hunted' by us for other positions.
7. Trendsetters pledge to follow faithfully the job specifications provided by a client company.
8. Trendsetters pledge that job seekers CVs will never be forwarded to an employer without the express permission of the candidate.
